| Accepted Methods: Zelle (Preferred), CashApp, PayPal*, and Venmo. Upfront Policy: I will complete the initial sketch before requiring payment. However, full payment is mandatory before I proceed to the lineart, coloring, or final rendering stages. Completed Work will not be released until the full payment is received. NSFW Surcharge: NSFW commissions sustain a 50% price increase over standard prices. *PayPal tacks on a 7% fee | Workflow: I will provide updates throughout the process as im working on your artwork. You are welcome to check in and ask questions on progress at any time. Lineart Phase: Changes to the design/pose must be requested before or during the lineart stage. Finality: Once lineart is approved and coloring begins, no further structural changes can be made. No revisions are permitted once the completed artwork is sent to the client. |

| Refunds are issued only under the following conditions: The project has not been started. The artwork has not been completed within 6 months of the start date. |

| NSFW Content: I exclusively draw furry NSFW. I reserve the right to decline specific themes or subjects beyond my current skill level. You may ask for your specific paid artwork to not be publicly posted if desired. Age Verification: Proof of 18+ ID is mandatory before work begins. Misrepresenting your age will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist. | Ownership: You may use the design as a fursona, create original content/fursuits, and make minor modifications (provided the original design remains recognizable). Resale: You may resell the design for the original purchase price or less. You may only increase the price if additional value (extra art, fursuit parts, etc.) has been added. Restricted Sales: Selling a design to anyone on my blacklist will result in your own blacklisting. |
| Artist Rights: I retain full copyright to the artwork. I reserve the right to post the art to social media, portfolios, and use it for promotional purposes or physical/digital sales. | Client Rights: You may use the artwork for personal, private use only. This includes uploading to personal galleries, journals, or profiles with visible credit. | Prohibitions: You may not trace, recolor, or edit the artwork without explicit permission. AI training and NFT use are strictly prohibited. Watermarks: Do not remove or edit my signature/watermark. You may request an unwatermarked version for private viewing, but it may not be shared publicly. |
